These Terms govern your use of services provided by IINDESIGNS Branding Agency.
1. Services
Logo design; brand identity design; website design; social media graphics; and digital marketing assets.
2. Payments
All payments must be made in full before project delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or approved payment methods. Work begins only after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Time
Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins. Delays caused by client inaction are not our responsibility.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required materials and feedback in a timely manner.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Final delivered designs become the client’s property after full payment. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the separate Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if terms are violated.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
