At IINDESIGNS Branding Agency, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services.
1. General Policy
All payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
2. Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is made before project work starts, a partial refund may be issued, minus processing fees.
3. After Work Has Started
No refunds will be issued once design concepts have been created or work has been delivered or partially delivered.
4. Digital Nature of Services
Because our services are intangible and custom-made, refunds cannot be issued for completed or in-progress work.
5. Revisions
Clients are encouraged to use included revision rounds.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and restriction from future work.
